Offline behaviour

Who is responsible for retrying an operation when communication fails.

In terms of offline behaviour, the MOBI.Hub platform does not perform automatic retries when pushing data to participants. All parties shall ensure that the relevant objects are successfully created or updated on the destination platform, namely:

• Tokens, when published by EMSPs;
• Sessions and CDRs, when published by CPOs;
• Locations and Tariffs, whenever applicable.

Whenever a communication failure occurs, it is the responsibility of the originating party to retry the operation and guarantee data consistency between platforms. In case the MOBI.Hub goes offline, the pending messages will be sent to the registered entities.
